Heading to Hope and Feathers Framing in Northampton tomorrow to meet with their printmaker. They offer scanning and reproduction services, which I am excited to try out. If a success, I have several grid paintings which could be scanned and printed for a forthcoming exhibit- (know any galleries who might like this work?)

I am envisioning a gallery exhibit that is highly interactive with patrons. The original painting would be on display on a wall for reference, but the real fun would take place adjacent to it-with its doppelganger. Gallery attendees could move the squares comprising the copy around to make a composition of their own. Allowing the viewer to become curator and artist as well.

I am also thinking some of the squares could be made into cube mobiles to spin around and capture the motion which inspired the original composition.
